Earth

The element of Earth.

The ancient China, those born under the element of earth were traditionally builders, farmers and keepers of water buffalo. In our age, this categorisation tend to be very similar, the earth's person fields being construction, manufacturing, farming and food production generally. The element bewtows stability, shrewdness in business, a long memory and also a generous nature. Earth is a practical influence, making you patient, prudent and conventional. The earth element increases ambition and bestows efficiency and administrative abilities. The basic nature tends to be placid and slow to anger, but unforgiving of a hurt.

Yang Earth.

These people are rather conventional, living comfortably within th structures of their particular society. They usually have physical strength, a great capacity for hard work and a talent for leadership that can lead them into a position of authority and honour. As may be imagined, 'grassland' types are sensual and 'earthy' in sexual affairs. They are not very romantic, however, preferring reliability to empty, but pleasing, gestures of affection. Careers in baking, insurance, finance and security will afford 'grassland' people splendid opportunities.

Yin Earth.

Like their Yang counterparts, farm-type people are hard-working and tend to be successful. However, they also have a streak of suspicion and negativity. Possibly limited in imagination, they will often refuse to do anything that they hae not committed themselves to doing. Not as ambitious as other types, farm people prefer to find their niche and then stick within it for years on end. Many farm people have a talent for creating beautiful things.
